Pasquill, the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of roof trusses, has topped the tables in a recent Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Independently conducted by TFL Research, the survey took place to ensure Pasquill is continuing to meet the expectations of its customers. A total of 200 stakeholders were interviewed, including builders’ merchants, direct buyers, housebuilders, people in the timber frame sector, contractors and developers.
Customers scored Pasquill highly across all categories, such as product quality, ease and effectiveness of contact, technical advice, lead times and product availability.
Overall, Pasquill reached 90% on the satisfaction index, which places it among the top entries out of 1,280 companies in the TFL customer satisfaction league table, while 72% of those asked said they would recommend Pasquill to other associates.
One customer even said: “I am over the moon with how Pasquill got over structural difficulties and made the 3D Plan so easy to work from. I would like to say thank you to all of the Pasquill team for making my own build a lot easier and at a very reasonable price.”
