The wait is over! Finalists for this year’s Roofscape Design Awards have been revealed, and once again, the shortlist showcases the incredible talent and technical expertise across our membership.

Now in its third year, the awards continue to highlight the creative, complex, and often unsung work that goes into roofscapes throughout the UK. Each of these projects showcases a unique approach to roofscape design, demonstrating not only aesthetic appeal but also complex engineering and problem-solving.

During the awards, the TRA will also reveal the winners of the first individual categories for 2025:

  • Innovation Champion of the Year
  • Safety Champion of the Year
  • Career Development Champion of the Year

These new categories celebrate the people behind the projects, the individuals going above and beyond to drive progress, ensure safety, and support others in their careers.

Winners will be announced at our AGM and Conference on Thursday 10 April, with the celebrations taking place during the TRA Dinner.

Nick Boulton, TRA’s chief executive, said:

“The Roofscape Design Awards continue to reflect the outstanding work being done across our industry. We’ve seen brilliant entries this year from both experienced designers and emerging talent. The new individual awards allow us to recognise the people making a real difference, whether through innovation, a commitment to safety, or by supporting the next generation of designers.

“We look forward to celebrating all the finalists at the AGM later this month.”
