The Information we collect
Retention of data
Due to the nature of the association, we do store company information such as contact address, email, telephone number and website address. This is displayed on the website unless you have requested for it to be kept confidential. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or for as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. You can at any time request for information to be removed from the website.
You must give your explicit consent to receive direct marketing communications from us. On this website, you can do this by ticking the box on the forms where we collect your information.
Why we collect it
We collect information about you so that we can fulfil your request, personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally. We never pass on your details to third parties. Just like you, we hate spam. We do not send you spam emails. You may opt out of our emails at any time. An ‘unsubscribe’ link is included in all our email newsletters.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. We’re continually working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you. As a result, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.
