Consultation – TRA Party Wall Spandrel Guide 2023 Update

The TRA guidance on building and installing spandrel panels for party walls above masonry was first issued in 2017 and amended in 2019. Much has changed in the last four years, particularly the emphasis and regulation placed on fire resistance of construction elements.
We urge all members to take part in our consultation on the content for the new guidance and have your say by 16 June 2023.
