Do you have a colleague who is always coming up with innovative ideas to improve the health and safety in the workplace or on a project?
Or perhaps a colleague who is passionate about sustainability, with a vision to make the built environment and design more eco-friendly. Maybe you know a colleague who is actively showing dedication to their ongoing training and professional development who would be thrilled to receive an award celebrating their success in the industry.
Nominate your colleague for an award. We’re offering three new individual categories which are:
- Innovation Champion of the Year (recognising individuals leading technological, sustainability and operational innovation)
- Safety Champion of the Year (celebrating dedication to maintaining and promoting safe practices within the trussed rafter industry)
- Career Development Champion (recognising individuals showing dedication to their ongoing training and professional development)
Entries must be submitted by 5:00 PM on 12 December 2025.
You may nominate as many colleagues as you like—just remember to submit one entry per form and specify the category for each nomination.
These awards are open to all TRA member companies in the UK and Ireland. Winners will be announced at the TRA Dinner in April 2026.
