The TRA supports the Lighthouse Club

The Lighthouse Construction Industry charity has launched The Building Mental Health campaign to support construction workers at all levels, with a free Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This tool is free for anyone to use from a self-employed builder to the chief executive of a business. More details can be found here.
The TRA is keen to support the Lighthouse Club and its important work to improve mental health in construction. We would encourage all TRA members to access the free support tools available via the Lighthouse website and begin building a successful Mental Health culture in your workplace today!
